Frequently asked questions
What platforms do you support?
We work from streams and VODs on Twitch, Kick, YouTube and other major streaming platforms, as well as uploaded recordings. Finished edits are delivered in vertical (9:16) format ready for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X, and we can provide horizontal versions on request.
How do I submit my content?
After checkout, your project manager will reach out to set up your workflow. Most creators simply share their channel or VOD links; you can also send files through a shared drive folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). You can include notes about moments you want clipped, your style, and any do-not-use content.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card, supported digital wallets, or crypto using USDC stablecoin from a compatible wallet on networks such as Ethereum, Solana, Base and Polygon. Prices are set in U.S. dollars, and crypto payments are charged at the same USD amount.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Both bundles are available as a monthly subscription that renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
Can I purchase a one-time package?
Yes. Either bundle can be purchased as a one-time package with no recurring billing — a good way to try the service before subscribing.
How quickly are edits delivered?
Edits are delivered on a rolling basis throughout your billing period once we receive your source content. Typical turnaround for individual clips is 48–72 hours, and your project manager will confirm a delivery schedule during onboarding.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling stops future billing. Your current period stays active and we complete the work included in the period you've already paid for. You won't be charged again unless you resubscribe.
Do you offer refunds?
Work that hasn't started may be eligible for a cancellation refund. Work that's already been completed or substantially performed is generally non-refundable. Every request is reviewed case-by-case — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
